MOROCCAN CHICKEN
Ingredients
500GRMS chicken diced
1/4cup flour seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika
60ml Oil
2 onions sliced
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4tsp ground cloves
2 tsp Sumac
3 tlbsp Sultanas
1 cup chicken stock
50 grms toasted pine nuts
3 tlbsp chopped coriander
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup greek yoghurt
Instructions
Toss the chicken in flour and cook in batches until golden brown, set aside.
Add the onion to the pan, stirring until softened. Add the spices. Sultanas, and stock to the pan
Lower the heat and cook for about 15mins until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Stir in lemon juice, pine nuts and coriander.
Stir in the yoghurt just before serving and serve with Pita Bread
