PEKING CHICKEN
Ingredients
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 tsp Sesame Oil
3 tlbsp Dark Soy Sauce
3 tlbsp Water
3 tlbsp Hoison Sauce
3 tlbsp Brown Sugar
Instructions
Marinate the chicken Overnight.
Sear the chicken on both sides and then cook in the oven for 20 mins.
Make wraps of Flour Tortillas, Mountain Bread or Rice Paper sheets.
Including the sliced chicken with thinly cut spring onions, Julienne Cucumber minus the seeds, fresh coriander chopped, Chinese cabbage finely chopped, and bean sprouts.
